Ioannis Ziogas is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the McCourt School of Public Policy and an Assistant Research Professor at the Massive Data Institute, Georgetown University.
His research and teaching interests are interdisciplinary, currently revolving around data science and machine learning. More specifically, his most recent work focuses on the application of computational models and algorithmic approaches to the study of political phenomena.
Ioannis received his PhD in Political Science from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing a second PhD in Computer Science from the University of Auckland (NZ).
